Jean-François Lufeaux - CEO
Jean-François Lufeaux has already a career filled well, with more than 20 years of sales experience in large accounts and team management.
As a sales engineer at the beginning of his career, he was quickly promoted as a Sales manager at Compuware where he ran the responsibility for a team of 12 senior sales reps.
He joined then MicroMuse as a Business Manager for Cisco. Cofounder of Ideo Technologies, he is President of the management board and in charge of setting up and coordinating the marketing operations, alliances, the definition of the offers.

 Thierry Bonhomme - SVP Sales
After three years in Unilog Products as a technical sales engineer, Thierry Bonhomme was involved in the creation of S.A.S Informatique, then came back to Unilog as a sales reps in the application software packages. 3 years later, he joined Compuware for 6 years, where he was successively sales reps, then Branch manager. He carried on his career in Cyrano as a COO for France in which he set up and managed the direct and indirect sales forces near the large accounts. Cofounder of Ideo Technologies, he is especially in charge of sales operations and the financial management of the company. Thierry is member of the management board.

 Stéphane Génin - CTO
Stéphane Génin started his career in 1991 as an Studies Engineer at Cap Sesa (Cap Gemini Ernst & Young). During nine years, he worked on several projects with strong added value. He joined then MicroMuse as a pre-Sales South Europe manager for OEM activities with Cisco System.
This experience enabled him to control the techniques of analysis of the customer’s needs and the implementation of tailored solutions.
Cofounder of Ideo Technologies, he is responsible of the of the consulting, pre-sale, support teams and of human resources. Stéphane is member of the management board.
